The staff here is not punctual and due to that there are long que for around 1-2 hour waiting in it. The head of their arrives always late and due to her the que gets bigger and bigger.

They don't give the receipt of INR 20/- that they take. I paid 20 rs on counter 4 and then they asked me to go to counter 5 and made me pay INR 20/- again without receipt.
Only one counter for services! Very bad management! Long queues
The line for all sections (cast certificate and other categories) need to stand in the same line for more than an hour. It is a headache
