It is a shady business. I needed to update mobile number of a relative of mine who is a senior citizen. I was told by this agent on phone that he will be able to do this but the person had to visit his office. I called multiple times to ensure that everything is in order so that the senior citizen concerned does not have any problem. When I reached there, I was told that the actual work will be done at another place which is far off. In the process, I had to drag my senior citizen relative to this place unneccessarily. The government should ensure that such people do not operate with impunity.

I visited this E Solution Point today. It was an excellent experience. The operation and management here is flawless. The staff is very efficient, helping and understanding. Very ill-mannered person, extremely shady office and location. Won't even speak with you without you paying up first. Not recommended at all. All the 5 star reviews are paid ones.
