Aadhar Center

On 21st March at 5 am I came to Rajiv Chowk and stood at the Aadhaar centre for 4 hours and 40 minutes without bathing or eating or drinking anything, thinking that I have to update my Aadhaar. The photo and biometric were done, but today after 10 days, when I checked the status, it is showing that Your Aadhaar enrolment is under process and Aadhaar generation may take some time. Please check again after few days. What a joke, does time have no value for anyone?..

Worst service. I have been visited 4 times for my child aadhar card, all the times the staffs denied with different reasons. And I made my child aadhar card within an hour in different place on the same day. Staff behavior is like they are Superior to anyone. Rough language they use. Insult the people. These type of staff should not be appointed for govt work. Must be sacked from service. Then after they will realize the importance of job. Any senior staff should visit without giving information, and see the behavior of staffs. Pathetic service.

The staff is courteous and helpful. They are trying their best within the limited resources. If you ask them a query they respond in detail. Sadly there are power outages which delays work. The process and timings are a little all over the place. The tokens are issued in batches and at random timings from the one listed in the sheet. But if you get a token then be assured your work will be done. Be patient and calm. Just after you get a token sit in the canteen area and wait your turn. Don't forget to thank them for their hard work.

Very very pathetic service!! There is no timing of opening the adhaar centre and also they do not worry about the people's time. They have made their own rules according to own comfort. They keep you waiting for hours without any reason. And also they didn't do the work on time. You have to wait for long hours to do your work. Suggest you don't go to this center.

Government need to check the stuff of addhar card stuff because they are waited us without any reason

Staff was very rude and didn't help me also.
