Aadhar Seva Kendra

Really pathetic experience. They have tied up with Kotak bank who is issuing offline tokens in the morning 9:30-10am. But they would open the bank much later than 10 and people keep on standing in long queues. It's 2024 but govt way of doing simple things is still so old and slow and bothering common folks like anything. Staff is rude, nobody is having clear information. They literally don't want to work it seems

They have updated as open but yeh center open nhi h galat information daali hui h goggle pr just don't go after searching it from Google.

Pathetic is not even enough for this centre. Some facts that will help anyone 1. There is a token system - they provide 20 tokens every day. Official time is 9 am but when will that start that no one knows. Sometime 10:30 or 11:00. People gather there to get the tokens from 7:00 am onwards. So plan accordingly. 2. Timing - Only God knows when it works. I feel once in bluemoon it works and you might be dejected after waiting for 3-4 hours due to XYZ reason there will not be any aadhar work. There is nothing like when and why or what next. I went there for many days and finally decided to never use or go to this pathetic center. Good luck and you may try your luck.

Very horrible staff this center has, no one is willing to work and get up from chair. They have there own token system which they distribute to people in morning by 9 am (10 tokens per day) they update only these 10 aadhar cards for entire day, later during say if anybody comes in they talk so rudely and do not even bother themselves to ask what a coustomer wants. I was there at 11 am and the staff denied that they can't help bcz I don't have token. I told them to give me token today for tomorrow so that I don't have to rush in morning to reach the center before 9 and the staff even denied for that also. No where online they have given this information that all the customers have to get token at 9 that too they give it only to 10 people as per the staff working there Think of someone who is coming from far to get the work done and at last what uh all hear is you don't have token so we can't help. Horrible & pathetic service. Not recommended at all. This center should get closed and the staff should sit at home because anyway they not happy working there.

Pathetic service. I would rate negative if there was option. Staff is rude and there is stupid Token system.

Pathetic service. Aadhaar service is provided once in a blue moon and were made wait for hours as the executive never comes on time

Worst experience. Only 20 tokens per day and mostly have to return empty handed. Worst service! But Alas! What can you expect from a govt. kendra.
