The lady is working there she don't know how to talk with peoples her way of talking, tone of talking, pitch of talking is like that she is talking for animals... right know i'm in australia and i want to invite my parents for my post graduation ceremony that's why i have applied for their passport, my parents visited their but that lady who's working there, was talking very rudely to my parents, if they sort of any documents so she had to tell them, but she was behaving very rudely... I was not there otherwise i tell them how to talk with elders, you're public servants not the owner of these government facilities department, you're working for people and having salary from the people of that country, so behave yourself otherwise i will tell you how to make passports......

Very pathetic service, non-attending most of the time, very bad behaviour and dealing. The Ministry of external affairs needs to intervene in this and take strict action against the unavailability of the staff during working hours. These centres are designed to save the time of the people and a better reach but here incompetence staff.

Very bad staff I provide all correct information about my date of birth but they have done typing mistake instead of 5 they wrote 2 Now I have to take another enquiry appointment for Delhi They wasted my time and money too Strict actions should be taken against them. Why would public suffer by the staff mistake. Don't take appointment there. Surely you will get disappointed .

Very fast process and helping staff my reporting was at 2pm I reached there about 2 hours before but they appoint me and finished my work within 10 minutes. I am very happy from there service far better than PSK delhi and get call for police verification same day

Had perfect experience for passport. I have to travel from delhi due to no early appointment in Delhi or ncr. I had doubts in my mind as it was post office passport seva kendra as well as got the appointment for saturday. But I had to commend there work flow it was smooth and perfect. Note : carry your original documents, clear photocopies and try to be on time.

Backhanders, briber seeker, uneducated, untrained, ill behaviour staff for passport service, two people sitting there- a lady and a man, both are pathetic, they rejected Eaadhaar card, driving licence, pan card, election commission identity card for Date of birth proof. Anti-corruption team should look into the matter urgently.

According to me, my experience is good here. When I had appointment here, they take half hour of verification. All staff are cooperative. And get my passport at my address by post.
