Well lot of improvement done from past to present, now every one has to take to appointment I guess due to COVID still I like the concept, no rush, crowd and sifarish required. Good initiative by Haryana Govt. Totally digital process even the payment is by debit card. Only you need to prepare file with complete documents.

I applied for address change in license and booked e appointment , went on time and within 30 minutes my application was submitted. Reception person behaviour is ok ok.

Staff is very generous and sweet. They are very polite but the only problem is poor network. Due to this, we have wait 3-4 hours long for only 5 minutes of work.

There is no seprate counter or day as it was previously available. A day should be allotted for senior persons

Mismanagement taking place. Token guy doesnt checks docs properly. When you reach counter after token, you come to know your job could not be done, you were not applicable. They make you slog. Touts are bypassing the normal public line. Some officials were seen doing job of their close friends. Bypassing token system. There is no mic. Cannot hear when they call numbers.

Really Hate all Haryana Government Departments service. In 21st century still there is rush of people. It can't compete Delhi Model. There everything like license RC will be created easily.

Few people knows its existence. You have to find online or on website UIDAI website. Staff is only single person so you have to wait long for your turn. Meanwhile she is polite. People have very few knowledge for updating Aadhar. There should be one person who should guide pupils for their concerns.

Yes i had been there but the staffs are so much lethargic and while customers waiting but they are enjoying mobile chats with their friends and relatives. Going on frequent visits to the yea shops and sutta breaks.
