The center employee charge wrongly and fill their pockets with that money. For biometric update at 5 years of age, there is no charge to be taken. I was charged rupees 100, and the person wasn't interested in answering why i was charged. He was adamant that the charge was genuine. When i confirmed on customer care, I was Informed that they can't charge anyone for this mandatory update
