The office of DoIT is located inside the DC Office building above the District Election Office, Shimla. The office is small but sufficient IT facilities and staff. Dedicated conference hall for video conferencing. Good software development and support staff. Nice experience

Terrible staff. People are unwelcome here by the staff deployed by UIDAI. Don't ever visit here for Aadhar related queries. Worst staff asking unnecessary questions and having zero knowledge how to deal with people. Kindly visit other Aadhar center don't waste your precious time.
Excellent service provided by aadhaar staff , as my aadhaar number was losed they fully helped me .
worst service i have ever seen unknown question unknown document required i just want to update my mobile number and they said to take a old number even by old number is lost before 2 yesr and i did not take this number again
Not updating till required time ... Official refuse to update Aadhar at 4:30 pm only when the time is till 5 pm
