The whole process was very swift. They're doing a good job. The Center is easy to locate as it is on the main road. With that being said, there were lot of elderly and not well read people waiting outside for help in form filling. I too helped a few, the Center should employ a help-desk near the entrance to cater to this problem. There is always a room for improvement.

The service provided by a staff member Riya Kumari was beyond my expectation as she displayed total professionalism, friendliness and excellent customer service. The service was quick and seamless and has left an indelible impression. Congrats to the Team Leader of the Kendra for running one of the most important Customer oriented Center.
