Thanks to Aadhar Kendra Jamshedpur Purlia Road and their team, my children's Aadhar card was made easily. After verification of my documents I sent it to counter number 15 (Aarti Kumari), I was very impressed with her behavior, she helped me a lot during the Aadhar card making, polite, helpful, today all my misunderstandings have been cleared. About government employees they are very irritable...

Worst public service No benefit of appointment You have to stand whole day

Worst Aadhaar Seva Kendra ever seen literally!!! There is no meaning of doing online slot booking because still you will have to spend whole day there....I had done online appointment booking but after going there I saw that there is a huge crowd no matter whether you have booked your slot or not, queue wise only you have to go where mostly people are reaching there without appointment, there only in the road shops are there who have done tie up with the Adhaar Seva Kendra and several hundreds of people are being sent everyday here with handwritten filled forms but if you see in every slot there can't be more than 15 people but here there is no concept of slot n all even hundreds of people are standing in queue.....

What's the meaning of advance appointment if you give spot forms to everyone, there should be threshold to spot forms

Best place for updating your addhar Card both biometric and non biometric Its only official center for updating or making a new addhar Card. there is a crowded place. One plus point parking place is available

Fast service available here and staff behavior ia also good

So I do not haave any number of the manager . Manager was helpful n kind but these burgers sitting harrassed me . Maade me run four times and yet didn't do my work . They asked for unnecessary things documents. They just plain harrassed me . I will compliant against this . The girl sitting there of utter disgust . She maade coments on me . I was with my parents n we travelled for 4 hours to get the papers done . Yet they didn't help us at all . Shame on u
