I'm a citizen of West Bengal and foremost a citizen of India. I went to this office with my father for his problem regarding his D.O.B limit cross issue. I've mailed them 10s of times before but since it wasn't resolved we went there in person. We stood in queue since dawn. But from opening of the office to the end I couldn't meet a single official regarding this issue. The security guards were running the office. From distributing the form to collections. We followed every step the security told us( since no official was there to listen our problem). When we came with the urn form from Mangal tower the security took it again. We weren't allowed to see any officer regarding this matter. They didn't gave us any receipt as a proof of form submission. All I'm saying is as an Indian citizen if I have to travel to a different state to get my problem regarding most important document (aadhar)resolved, I want the officials to be cooperative and the service to be good. And the main thing after all this is my father's problem isn't even resolved yet. This is the type of service they provide.

good for nothing they will not understand your requirment and give you dates on dates and issue will not reslove and when you complain about that they will start shouting at you and the incident which i had to go through is when i complained about the call getting busy every time the person removed telephone from busy mode infornt of me started saying that see its conecting these people are manner less good for nothing. And now my adhar is totally locked and i am clueless what to do as these people are sitting over there and enjoying there goverment job and it salary .

Sir I want to correct my DOB in aadhar and my limit is crossed by mistake I have all proof documents like DOB certificate 10th marksheet 12th marksheet everything how can I do this sir please help me please give me solution to uot of all this my all documents is going to be wasted if it not changed
