Aadhaar Seva Kendra Ranchi

I visited the Aadhaar Seva Kendra at the Reservation Center, Ranchi Railway Station, for a mobile number update, and it was a smooth experience overall. The location is super convenient, right at the railway station, making it easy for travelers and locals alike. The staff was helpful and guided me through the process, which was quick--my enrollment was done in under 10 minutes! The setup is basic but functional, with clear instructions for submitting documents and biometrics.However, the center is always crowded, and there's a noticeable queue, especially for updates. I waited about 30 minutes, which wasn't too bad, but better crowd management

COMPLETE CHAOS and there's a guy who sells the forms for 20 rupees which should be free of cost, nobody maintains the queue, but if you give money your work will be done fast!

There was no body at 16.30 hrs today 10/08/23 . While it should remain open upto 1700 hrs.

It should be renamed as Asuvidha Kendra. no one to maintain the queue , complete mess.

I have been trying to call for a week now but they are not picking up the phone.

Very bad experience employs dont co - operate

This centre does not Unlock your aadhar card through biometric.

Very nice service.....no rush of people....enrollment was done within few minutes and operator is very helpful
