The worst place for aadhar update there are 16 workers slot but only 4 to 5 works regularly leading to a line of 250 people and waiting hours 6 to 7 hours. No value of citizens

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Aadhaar Seva Kendra recently, and I feel compelled to share my feedback so that the concerned authorities take notice. The behavior of the employees, especially the first verifier, was appalling. To begin with, the employees talk with an air of ego, as if they are doing people a favor by simply doing their job. It seems they forget that their salaries come from the services they provide to the very people they mistreat. It is because of the public that their job exists, and yet, the respect and professionalism that should come with such a responsibility are completely absent. The first verifier, in particular, deserves special mention. She lacks the most basic manners of how to talk and behave. I understand that the workload can be hectic due to the constant rush, but that is no excuse for screaming at people. I personally witnessed her yelling at individuals for no valid reason, creating an atmosphere of discomfort and frustration for everyone present. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire organization. The management of the Aadhaar Seva Kendra needs to take this issue seriously. It is high time that the employees are trained in basic etiquette and customer service. The manager should ensure that the staff understands the importance of treating people with respect, regardless of the circumstances. People visit the Aadhaar Seva Kendra to get their essential work done, not to be humiliated or shouted at. The employees need to remember that they are simply doing their jobs, and a little courtesy goes a long way in creating a positive experience for everyone. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the concerned authorities to address these issues and improve the overall behavior of the staff at this center.

Very bad experience even the people who working inside this aadhar seva kendra they don't have the sense how to talk with people their behaviour is very bad and there language is very rough

Not at all a good experience ......i felt harassed mental and it peaked my anxiety ,they disregard every document i purposed to them even though every thing was valid so i decided to update my aadhaar from other operator and they verified it and easily my update was done ...dont come to this Aadhar seva kendra galaxia mall ratu road ranchi...

Very fast and accurate services ....maximum 15-20 minutes need to wait for correction aadhaar card. Good Services....but some staffs are taking very rudely.

Services here are very fast. Within 5 minutes, my work was completed. Came here for mobile number update with online appointment. Rush is smoothely managed by Managers. Very cool and supporting staffs ever I have seen in any Government offices.
