V bad experience..rude behavior of staffs..n unnecessarily lengthy process... And online appointment does not matter here, And here staff also not verify any legal documents for process. And facility is also not good for customers here...

Today on 10th September 24 ,as per my form only there should be a correction in PIN,there should be 2 in place of 1,ie in the last digit. In support, passport as proof was given, instead in the reception they ticked biometric, photo and mobile no. which were not asked and already updated recently ie. few months back and charged Rs 150 instead of Rs 50 only.My tocken no. was 90 that day
It is managed nicely. All employees behaves professional. Forms distribution can be improved. Once you reach to second floor to the office then you are told that forms are availble on ground floor. Again hou have to go ground floor to collect the form. This may be to manage the crowd on the centre.
