Too bad service. They take a long time for resolution longer waiting time here You may have to wait for 6-7 hours to get a resolution of adhar related issues. To resolve your problem they may take 5-6 months.... Reasonable office means many problems first and then solution after 1 year.

Longqueue in uidai office kanta toli. Why not counters are increased doing rush hours. Why authorities are not looking into it. People standing for hours. Lot of wastage of time.

Very slow process, no customer satisfaction.

This office present in peaceful area and all the workers of this office is good

Mostly girls employees, ambience is very bad, no AC no cooler, center manager is very good human being, i must say it's good, but it must be improved service like TCS passport office Ranchi, Here minimum 2 hr wl takes for ur Aadhar work

Huge crowd and there is crowd mismanagement, if you have any work you have to be in the queue for a long duration even if you want to query some information you have to be in a long queue, they don't have a window for just enquiries. If you want to waste your time you can visit this place anytime between their working hours.
