Post Office Byndoor

I had a very unpleasant experience atvpost office byndoor. The male staff was very rude and unhelpful. Despite showing a picture of the adhar card, he shouted and sent us back. Also lied to us saying our money has been returned because we dint keep the account active for a while. My mother is elderly and while her signature has slightly changed over 13 years, he rejected it and started ranting instead of helping us. It was a very disappointing encounter.

Not good response and aged person very long time waiting for service. And system is very slow and bad experience

Here employees are more arrogant, and systems are not good, accepte post master remaining all staffs are dont have patients.. They scolding the people..

Poor service, the employees will not respond properly, made us to wait. Given appointment also, but not able to serve us....

Employees r giving thier best services to the customer always supportive
