No Queue system. If u are a relative/friend of any employee(staff) you'll get your work done on priority. But, whatever may be your task or work ,you'll get a Acknowledgement of Payment.

Terrible experience. Girls doesn't know what they are doing, they don't know their job. Literally asked a girl in which counter I have to pay for PCC she sent me to the other one, the other one says she is not the one. And coming back to the 1st girl. She is telling her senior OTPs are not working. Senior is telling softly it is working. Later she started working and then asking me for the purpose were I already showed and explained why I need Challan. Slow and lazy people. These people should be sent home. Don't want to work why come to office and waste others time. Ridiculous service.

Horrible service and no token system. Been waiting since 10:00am(opening time) and executive is randomly taking in requests of people who just walked in. People are breaking lines and ones who have been waiting in queue haven't been attended to at all. And there's just one executive to do this job. Half the time they are facing server issues. The rest of the employees are either idle or sleeping.

Worst services in Karnataka one,old age people are waiting for adhar update for long time here no one is there to update,taking so long time of break and timepassing with their mobiles,if this is government office for serve the people then keep any hard worker not any timepass people here or keep any alternative staffs,this all government office and staffs are may be like this only they are not ready to do any hardwork

All kinds of bill payment done here.. Adhaar card also done.. I had been for water bill payment, it was done quickly by the staffs.. Parking space available..

Don't go to mangaloure no one for aadhar card . Once i went to 1 o clock They went to Lunch continous I wait 4 hour But no staff comes.

Worst experience ever.They are arrogant to the core and treat customers very badly.Even when you ask them for information,they behave like the customer is non existant and carry on with their work or give a wayward answer mockingly.Especially the lady sitting first on the right side of the entrance.They act high and mighty as if they are doing us a great favour by working there.This is with reference to the mangalore one office at the corporation office in lalbagh

Irresponsible staff, thy r asking us to go to other centre even if thy are vry much free, worst experience.l do nt recommend ths centre bcz of their poor customer service
