Complete Frauds. Two years for updating of DL. Multiple reasons given for delays, but never was my original DL returned nor did they return fees that they took for service. Kindly stay away. Do not respond to phone calls once money was piad. Everyone in the office is clueless and only play blame game. I lost my money time and original document to these Touts. I finally approached the RTO myself got an FIR as the original DL was not returned to be and was lost by them. Finally got the DL through my own efforts.

I give -1 reviews to this place. They charge bomb for as simple as changing phone number in adhaar . They said 500! But when I went upstairs to another office they charged me just 100 bucks . To show that they are thief's! Don't trust them. Just go to the one on the first floor . They'll get it done for less .

Worst experience. I want to apply for for pan card so I went and applied with them they took 350 pan card and say u r pan will come in 15 to 20 days but it's been 5 months they didn't do my work yet. Then they said we r not able to apply ur pan so we will refund ur money but that also they r not doing. If we call they r saying owner is not there so we r not able to refund.

I am having really bad and annoying experience with Mr Ali. I wanted my driving license like ages ago, I am yet to get , it's been almost 2 months now. He never responds to calls or messages. Seems my money is gone. Can somebody suggest how to recover my money ?? He is charging 10k for licence. I would not recommend him for any services whatsoever as they are not professional at all. Humble request to stay away. I am calling and messaging daily since 10 days now !!!

This guy has taken advance amount for my child adharcard and prepare the documents but after giving money not picking up call and not responding.... I have all proof of 2k money and the call records .. Pls avoid this agency for any type of works
