Very bad experience for aadhaar update. One old arrogant and rude guy, looks like attender, idiotic behaviour

On 07/11/2024 we came around by 10 am here to update the Aadhar card, it's 1 hr it's still going on we are the 3rd person to enter but here some brokers are allowing some others first for money it's very bad no one is noticing

Very inefficient. One counter to cater to hundreds of queries on Aadhaar card. One person is multitasking, answering queries and updating information on the system at a time. Not well organized. Wait time is in hours! Sad that they don't have enough counters for such a huge demand.

Well the job was done that's fine. But the agent fee structure wasn't explained in the first itself even though when we were in the office they didn't tell anything and in the last they are asking about the agent fee. If you call them or go with them please ask the fee in the 1st itself!

This is an agency, they don't pre-inform. About there service charge too. Be aware of it. Once the work is done they charge you 250% of the government fee. We have to negotiate it for and pay less for the service charges which we were not pre-informed.

Very good ambience. Cool and efficient and very co-operative staff. A/C. Prompt service. No hassles. Very good seating arrangements for people who have to wait. We need not wait for long hours. Well maintained and neat place. Very good customer interface. Polite behavior.

They are not a government service providers, their agents who take extra money, than the government fee to just just to give the same service as the government would give you small fee, don't contact on the number provided. If you still wish to go ahead with them confirm it fully about the fees and then go ahead.
