AADHAAR Center

I had been to this place yesterday for my daughter's aadhar photo change. Reached a minute before 10. A person was in queue before me. They refused to take my request saying I am late and they take only 60 appointments a day. Then I asked whether I can see the list of appointments, she showed me the screen of appointments for the day. There was only 34 and not sixty. Then some senior lady came and said they are short of staff due to health issues. Which is a lie!!! There is some thing called Karma!!! Anyways I went to Gandhinagar got it done in 40 minutes. A much better place than this.

Absurd system where you have to collect a token ONLY between 9am and 10am. If you walk in later and don't have a token, you will not be served even if the staff is free. This is what I found at 12 noon... The lady was at the counter was free but refused to update my adhaar email because I did not have a token. Pathetic!

The lady sitting will always misguides people who ever goes their for aadhar issues. And she cannot even listen to the problem instead she tries to push people to go other centre

Ms Ganga is very agile and quick with the processing of applications. A sincere person, can multitask well. Punctual and resolves issues quickly. Was very happy with the service provided to us.

We went on weekday at around 1pm and the service was very fast. The lady who was doing aadhar update understood that we had a baby and quickly completed our request. There are chances that other people may go before queue as they are unable to track when too many folks are there. So please be attentive with your token number and if somebody else goes before you check at the counter and they will address your request. Slot booking was done right there in another desk. Overall the experience has been great. For baby for getting aadhar no charges was paid. There is ample parking space in basement for both four wheeler and two wheeler.

Excellent service; Very courteous responses. I must admit that I did not expect such a courteous and helpful service from a government staff. This is for sure because of my prejudice and bias without much experience with government offices. I visited the Aadhar Permanent Centre (in the Bangalore One Centre) at Malleswaram 18th Cross, Bangalore today for updating my mobile number. I have been procrastinating doing this for some time now, because of my hesitation to visit a government office. I am glad I did today, for more than one reason : my impression about government staff got turned upside down by the excellent, rapid and very courteous service at the Centre. There was only one lady, Ms. Shilpa, attending to many applicants waiting - but there was not even an iota of impatience she showed towards anyone. Since I was almost the last one in the queue - having gone there without a token - I got the opportunity to observe the proceedings from a distance. There were people wanting to register for Addhar afresh, people wanting to change names on aadhar, update registered mobile numbers and people with some other issues. Ms. Shilpa attended to all these with a very pleasant demeanor. But what impressed me the most was when she attended to a new registration of a child of about 3 years (perhaps less than 3) - she playfully made the child pose for the photo and got the child to sit still for the brief instant in which she took the photo, promising him (the child) a chocolate after the photo. And then, after the photo, she actually checked with a colleague if he has a chocolate for the child! My own application was of course handled deftly and quickly, I have no words to express how happy, impressed and positively influenced I am, by the highly efficient, courteous and pleasant manner in which Ms Shilpa attended to a large number of applicants when I was there today. My (wrongly biased and prejudiced) view on functioning of government offices has totally changed today :). I highly recommend this Centre for any Aadhar related issues.
