Good experience. I went here to update my email id in my Aadhar. Person was very friendly and work done in quick manner.

When contacting them on phone about the services they have, that person is very impatient, cuts our words in between and says that whatever you have directly come to office snd inquire. Then why the hell is the phone number updated on Google? So many times it happens that, we simply roam from one center to another, to beg for their services, they'll not have what we require. It's just a minute of time to clarify our doubts and they say we are disturbing him, while he is with customers. We are also customers right? You better remove your phone number from Google so that nobody disturbs you. Even it's closer to my house, I won't go there.

The Owner of the shop is very polite and knows what he is doing. And is fluent in hindi, so I had no problem having conversation with him

This centre guy is a useless he is not replying properly, i have updated my address with proper proof through online the update is done in online itself after i got a message for biometric verification from aadhaar When I visit this useless centre with that message after that he asking 5 types of local proof how it's possible to submit him, he didn't know what he wants to do, he don't know what is biometric verification, i don't why aadhaar organisation providing licence for these types of useless Better go and visit Bangalore one

Worst Service Centre ever I have Visited in my life time. Operator who was sitting at 1st desk was so rude and unprofessional. Reason- On 20th Aug 23 morning I have visited as the address for my wife's aadhar card needs to be changed. This guy told me you can come before 1PM. When I have visited this service centre the same guy denied to accept the request stating you should come before 12PM.

I given aadar mobile no change ERT given days ofter 3days server issue it 1month still they have server issue then I went aadar kendre they updated within 3days..before updated get rejected due properly not updated that thing they don't know againe they will tell only server issue and they will speak rashly worst service......
