Generally very helpful staff in spite of stressful dealing with so many people. It is highly recommended to book the appointment in advance to avoid waiting in line to enter. MOST IMPORTANT: once your appointment is confirmed, it will generate a page for you with QR code. You MUST print that paper and bring it. Otherwise there are couple of shops who charge exorbitantly to print a single paper. It is also recommended to go early in the morning if you want to avoid crowd. Workflow process should be even defined more efficiently as I notice some redundant steps that are getting repeated when you go from counter to counter. Please note that this office is inside Grand Majestic Mall, but there are signs in many places so you won't miss it

This aadhar seva kendra over here is very efficient and has good staff all you have to do is carry the valid document proof to have your ID card updated or to make any corrections i suggest you to carry your 10th marks card if you have to change or correct your name and for correction of DOB birth certificate is must this office is located inside the mall and also there is wheelchair accessible into, this serves all the 7days in a week from 0830 AM TO 0630 PM

I visited the center for new enrolment for my kid and address change for my spouse. Process went smooth and completed fast to my surprise, staff were cooperative. It's best visit the place before 11 am to avoid long queues, thank you.

One of the worst center to enroll foreign nationals here. They will give appointment, when you go there, without discussing & telling, they reschedule your appointment for some other day and if you ask , why they cannot do, they will send to you the manager- G Rajendran... who is a very rude guy, will tell you I don't care till what time you are in line...pass rude comments such as I can tell you get lost... even passed comment you visited all over country coming here, does not matter to me... open saying you can report ..... if this is how the manager going to respond.... Not sure, how people can get some service... He is behaving as he is doing just a favor to the people coming for aadhaar... very worst way of talking...
