Very helpful staff. They have all the data handy to guide you through the process. Can be crowded in peak hours. My work got done in 20 mins. The place is difficult to locate since it does not have any hoarding or board. The place is on the first floor and right next to Purva Venezia.

Staff and services are very professional, friendly as well as clear. They take time to answer queries and even are multilingual, which helps everyone to know what they came for. Quick and Accurate in doing their job, and are more customer centred- to the point that they even postponed their lunch break to 2:15 from their 1:30 timings when the crowd was too much. I went today to get a new aadhar card after reading some good reviews. It turned out to be a very very pleasant experience with very courteous and cooperative people I have ever seen in government related work. In just 10 minutes the work was over. Before going I made a call in the number given and was not expecting any response, but somebody immediately picked up the phone and told me to come over anytime. Superb and the very best you can expect. This is the way public service should be provided.

Good place for Aadhaar enrolment and other Aadhaar services. Usually crowded on Saturdays, so better to visit on weekdays.The lady who is doing enrolment is very polite and helpful. Parking space is very small. They don't work on Sundays. Its a small office, there are no seating arrangements.

The lady sitting outside was so rude like any other government workers. But the lady sitting inside the room was so nice, well behaved and educated enough to communicate in other languages except Kanada.

Understaffed. The only staff member available was trying her best to manage the big crowd (people who had come for their Aadhar related works). Additional help is essential! The office and the premises is not maintained well.

I visited the center to do some corrections and enrolment. Firstly went to Vidyaranyapura Bangalore one but there was a token system and a small que. Later I came to know there is another center nearby and went to Attur Layout Bangalore one beside Purvankara apartment, Mother Dairy Road Yelahanka. Only few peoples was there and I done with all the corrections required and come out within half an hour. Staffs are so supportive, guidance, patience everything was Good. Thank You Staff.

I am very new to Bangalore and I don't know Kannada. There is lady by name Chaitra, she is very young but she understands public problems and explains everything clearly. My job with aadhar card was done very fast beck of her. I am impressed with her attitude.
