We went through the AADHAR update procedure here in Dec 2019 (spent about 1 hour in queue) and today I just checked AADHAR update status online to find that our AADHAR update request was declined by UIDAI because the HDFC AADHAR operator failed to authenticate him/herself. We now will have to go again at some place, spend 1-2 hours, pay 50 bucks - waste of time and money for such stupid stuff that can be and should be done in 5 minutes. Pathetic

They do help with aadhar but only when you make it easy for them. The lady who handles aadhar had me run around multiple times for documents even though i had everything needed to get my aadhar. Its better to go to go the axis bank aadhar assistance as they are more professional and dont waste your time
