Avoid this Shop at all cost ,Worst Partner for Delhivery Courier Services, My Courier stuck no one knows where it is pending with. Dont take any services ,worst ladies working there with zero customer service.Dont undertstand why 5 stars given for this pathetic services they provide. Last update : Courier Lost not even apologetic towards this . irresponsible people.

These scammers took 1200 to issue a duplicate driving license but never gave me the license or returned my money. They don't even respond to calls, and when I visit their center, they simply say, "Sir is not here," and refuse to refund. Avoid these outright fraudsters at all costs!

We visited the centre at 5pm and was told that Aadhaar mobile change services starts from 6pm to 9pm. We again went at 6pm and was told that the lady who is handling it is not available and will come in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes checked again and was told that seems services are not available. Not reliable at all. Wasting others time and energy.

Even though the registered timing is 7 am to 11 pm, it's always better to visit the CSC after talking on the phone as it was closed when I went there. You may not get an immediate response on the phone might be for busyness; but keep calling, they would respond nicely on the phone. It's located nearby a washing station and vehicles can be parked around easily.

Fraud people ,takes money and never refund or respond, took money for license and did not give money or license

We had a really good experience with the centre. The service was remarkably quick, the staff's customer service was top-notch, and we were able to efficiently complete multiple services. We wholeheartedly recommend this center. The entire team displayed patience and exceptional manners throughout our visit.

I have very good experience with this shop. The team member working here are explained the query very patiently and they have done the work quickly. The crowd is so much but still they are responding to each visitor properly.

Going by the reviews, I thought it is best to visit them for a mobile number update. After trying in vain for 24+ hours to reach them on the two mobile numbers provided on site & in reviews, I went today to just to be told that 'madam is not available, come in evening.' When I mentioned having tried reaching them, she provided me with the 'madam' contact number...the madam was absolutely rude, said I should have tried calling or messaging on WhatsApp and that the server was down and she will be available & ring when server was functioning. She cut the call on being asked for her name. Two ppl gave me two different info. No one answered phone for 24+ hours. Visit only & only if they answer your call & confirm of the service being available. Edit: Headed straight to Bangalore one, Mahadevapura branch - opposite Phoenix Mall...they promptly issued a token, it took about an hour's time as there were people ahead of me in the queue, and the job was done for a fee of rupees 50/-, number updated within 36 hours !! Guess you can make your choices better now.
