Adhar centre has to update alot, you have to wait almost 3 hours to get the adhar enrollment/update, atleast they should give priority or token system/seperate section for kids less than 1 year. only one person will be there. I did my enrollment there for my kids it got rejected. and even for free services we have to pay 100 rupeess

There's a lot of improvement needed. Only one counter is available, and each customer takes 15 to 20 minutes. We have to wait for almost 3 hours in the so-called "quick" line. After finally reaching the counter, they tell us the documents are incorrect--for example, the father's and mother's names on the birth certificate must match the Aadhaar one intisl letter Then they just send us away. At the very least, there should be a help desk at the front office to assist people with document verification and guidance. Let me know if you want it to sound more formal or more casual.

This is outrageous, been here last week to get my bus pass issued but an employee earlier claimed that their "bus pass issuing machine/website or something of that sorts was not working"- mind you this was a week back and was asked to come 3-4 days later which was basically during the Diwali. Have come again this week, and this time they stated that the "BMTC is not issuing any bus passes as their stocks have run out and that even they were waiting for a week for the same". So this doesn't absolutely make sense. I'd encourage the responsible authority to better look into this. (Update, 6th Nov, 2024): Checked one last time for the bus passes, I could see the piles of cards lying but this time, they give a reason stating that their "printing machine" isn't working and the "print tape" has run out.

I recently visited this location to update my son's Aadhaar card and the process was completed in just five minutes. They only charged a fee of 50, which I found very reasonable. I was pleased how quickly the update was processed.

I went there for Adhar Card - mobile Number and photo update. The process is very fast and good. They charged 100 rps. The adhar card guy talks less.

We went for kids finger print update and my 10years old aadhar card update, it was very quick and easy process without any additional documents needed if no corrections needed. We waited for 30min in a queue. All went well. Good Job.

Very good, quick, and efficient service. Regarding the complaints in the other reviews about these ladies, please give them a break too, they aren't air hostesses, and they aren't obliged to reply to you smiling. Of course, they'll be blunt and short with their replies as they answer 100s of people each day. I came for a Baal Aadhar card for my daughter, and stood in line for a maximum of 10 minutes at 1 pm on a Wednesday. I was asked for all her relevant documents, which I duly submitted, This included: Mine and husband's previous and current Aadhar cards(acknowledgment receipt if recently updated), Electricity bill Birth Certificate of my daughter. After quick photo of her and my thumb update, her particulars were filled in, acknowledgement receipt recieved and we were on our way back to home. Please keep in mind to bring more documents than required, anything you can think of that would be necessary, you never know when it'd come in handy. I took with me her school ID card, my PAN card, mine and my husband's Aadhar and voter ID, electricity and water bills, house sale deed, passport photos, etc. Don't give them a reason to reject you. The updated house address of both parents' Aadhar is mandatory for kids' Aadhar to be of the same house address. Thanks!

The staff was helpful and quick. I went at 7.30 am but stood in wrong line . Left line was for electric bill payment and right line for aadhar card update so please ensure to stand in correct line. The staff came around 8.30 am and was very attentive and helpful. I went for mobile number update, name update and address update . They said my biometric was pending since it was not done in last 5 years. They did biometric update , name and mobile number update. The address update seems can be done only after 7 days of biometric update . Take 100 Rs cash for update . Overall took less than 15 minutes . Thank you
