Went there for aadhar enrollment. The response was pathetic. The employees were busy in their phones with youtube. When asked about timings or counter were responding rudely that aadhar staff was sick and have no idea when he will be back

This place is quite accessible from the different areas such Kammanahalli, Kalyan Nagar, Lingarajpuram, etc. There is good seating facility for people to wait. Staff is also friendly and work gets done quickly.

Hope my concerns reaches to the concern Bangalore one higher authority, bmtc bus pass was approved and my son came from college after 4.30 soon when he came home I rushed to Bangalore one ,staff behaved rudely telling i should not go to home .. if staff want to go home then she. Should not go to office .. if working follow the ethics and justify the work you are doing .. .. there is way to speak to the citizen/senior ... My humble request to the Bangalore one authority to talk to the citizen /senior citizen .. which will hurt in front of others ... Respect is common to everyone.. Thanks

I had a great experience at the Aadhaar update center. Although we arrived at 11am on the first day, the staff informed us that due to the high number of requests, they couldn't process our request on the same day and advised us to come back the next day. We were skeptical about the next day being a Sunday, thinking it may take longer. However, to our surprise, when we arrived before 10am, our work was done within one hour. The staff was excellent, and they treated everyone equally based on first come first serve basis. Overall, it was a smooth process, and I appreciate the staff's efficiency and professionalism.

Came here for my Aadhar mobile number update. Very smooth and easy transaction. Received timely and courteous service both by the attendant and the service personnel. It was not crowded. It would be best to go here in a week day between 9 and 12 or between 2 and 4.

Enrolment operator Sadiq Ameen is very rude person, not even care to speak politely, and asking extra money, first he asked Rs 100 for my mobile number update, I gave him Rs 100, then asked him for the receipt, as we know it's Rs 50 only, then only he gave me my Rs 50 back, especially to judge him, I gave two Rs 50 note, and he puts in drawer, this fellow is a fraud, if he ask 25 to 30 people extra 50, u can imagine, how much he makes a year as a scam. I want this to be taken seriously as further action should be taken.
