Bangalore One - Yelahank New Town 5th Phase Branch

Went for aadhar creation and the overall process was very smooth. The staff was very considerate.

Going to government offices gives me jitters, mainly because of the rudeness and indifference of the staff. But it was a pleasant surprise when I visited Bangalore One at Yelahanka 5th phase. Inspite of the long queue, the staff members were very courteous and helped with my e khata application quickly. The lady at the desk was very patient in answering my queries. She attended to two senior citizens too when entering my data, made them comfortable while requesting them to wait till the work at her hand is finished. Salute to the staff. They are a perfect examples to follow in this world that is quite indifferent to fellow citizens!

It was a great experience while I approach for Aadhar update. BBMP Staff Ms. Usha was very curtious and efficient in completing the update.

This is a very good Bangalore one centre and the staff over there is very nice and friendly. Location is also good and parking is easily available. My thanks and gratitude to the government of Karnataka for setting up this centre.

Ms Usha is very helpful and made the process easy. This centre seems efficient with not much wait time.

The work was done so fastly....there was no much of waiting in queue....the employees here work faster and are experienced well and the way of speaking with the public is also good and has to be considered.....over all good experience

Bangalore One "centre is very near at 5th phase where Usha L Ma'am is the genuine person and charges for what she can give you the proper receipt. Also service is prompt and fast.
