Terrible Experience - Discrimination & Harassment I had an absolutely humiliating experience at this Aadhaar center. As a non-Kannadiga, I was harassed and treated with complete disrespect simply because I couldn't speak the local language. Instead of assisting me, the staff refused to cooperate, ignored my requests, and even asked me to leave without any valid reason. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable at a government service center that is supposed to cater to all citizens, regardless of language or background. I was only trying to update my Aadhaar, but the way I was treated left me feeling unwelcome and deeply insulted. No one should have to go through this. I hope the authorities take action against such behavior and ensure that government staff are trained to assist ALL citizens respectfully, regardless of the language they speak. I'm uploading photos of the staffs who were involved. The lady seated wearing blue mentioned her name as Shweta. It's very easy to observe in the picture she has a grin on her face as the lady with the stroppy body language in pink came to her defence and got beyond rude with me. I am taking strict action against them, hope my review helps.

Lady doing E-katha has no basic civic sense when responding to people. She is so irritated for doing nothing, she is simply wasting time looking at the screen and responding to people rudely when asked any doubts.

Staffs are not educated enough even to respond for for customers. They don't have courtesy to listen to the problem , even at the morning opening time. Very unsatisfactory. Needs to complaint to higher authority.

1. Please don't visit this centre ,until and unless, You are ok to pay the double charges. 2. Mr Yuvaraja BG will charge you Rs.100 for any updates in Aadhaar card. 3. He will provide you receipt of Rs. 50 only. 4. The other nearby "Bangalore One "centre is very near at 5th phase ,where Usha L Ma'am is the genuine person and charges for what she can give you the proper receipt.

Have to take a token for aadhar update and they give very less tokens per day, so line up and collect the tokens at 8:30. Better to visit gorguntepalaya banglore one for aadhar update. The person there is very decent and will update very fast. No rush or wait time in gorguntepalaya, and no token also. Just walk in and get an update. Don't forget to take the original documents which are required for the update. If no address proof available just get a gazetted officer form for aadhar update and then get the sign and stamp from the gazetted officer Grade A(govt hospital doctors, govt school principals, other govt officials, MLA, MP, etc..)

Bangalore one is useful for many student's amd and many peoples my friend bus pass was done by Bangalore one my marriage also made by Bangalore one and Amazon awesome wonderful nice service and they treating as like a lover's thank full for Bangalore one

I had visited this place for Aadhaar updation. It is quite crowded but if you go in the afternoon, it's less crowded and you can get your work done easily. The lady Ms. Divya who updated my aadhaar was very friendly and helped me update my aadhaar, and it was completed in just a day. Also, the fee collected is as per the norms. Hence if you want to do any kind of Aadhaar related work, you can visit this centre. It's on the first floor of the old RTO OFFICE.

Generally crowded, it does serve multiple purposes. Going.early may not help as the workers come in late. But all services except Aadhaar are reasonably quick. Good to have one around
