Wanted share my experience with this centre. I got my e-khata done. The women working were helpful and patient. They juggled between utility bill payment crowd, Aadhaar crowd and e-khata requests. They were upfront about the issue that could come up during the e-khata process. Overall positive experience

If I could give no stars I would. The office closed at 5 when its supposed to close at 7. The lady on duty is happily sitting eating bhajjis with an outsider caring less for the senior citizen accompanying me for whom we had come. The government should close these offices rather than using tax payer's money to pay for these inefficient and inconsiderate people.

Good service provided here for Aadhar Enrollment. I walked in on a Saturday to get the Aadhar enrolled for my 6 month old son. The process was smooth and hassle free. Good cooperative staff. The process was completed in less than 20 minutes. The center is open till 4 PM.

I have visited this centre today (09/03/2024). A lady one who was doing ration card related work (she sits near to the battery room) is really unprofessional and waste. Today (09/03/2024) we had gone for new ration card but the staff (lady) who was doing the work was doing for the people who did not come to the centre. She had many Aadhar card number with their name and mobile number. I think they paid nice amount. But she was saying that sever problem. Yes we agree. But she did not even try to do for the people who were waiting for long time. And she was very rude also. She was saying the person who was appointed as security that "tell something and send the people out". He tried to send people but people did not move suddenly. But slowly we all left the place. My sincere request to the higher authority to take necessary action on the staff. Or next time we record video and telecast in the media.

Went there for Aadhar update. The staff was helpful and the environment was also tension free. Seemlessly got the details updated and that too for Rs.100 only for 4 major updates (photo, email ID, number, and address).

This centre does not provide aadhar enrollment services. Limited Staff and small office

We went for Aadhar update. They have token system. Only 30 tokens provided per day at 9:15 AM. (Don't know how much time such system prevails) The staff is courteous and there is an e waste dustbin also here. Bill pay counters were less crowded.
