Very horrible service. They give token in the morning for 30 people only. My kid had school so went after her school. Had to update her address. More horrible than typical govt office. Server is down all the time. Tried online. My kid does not have any proof of address so had upload mine with her birth certificate. Got rejected.

I had a good experience with this center. If you will follow some instruction then it will be easy for you. They have a limited slot of 25 person to serve. They distribute the token at sharp 10 clock and you will be served based oin your queue. I reached over there at 9:10AM. Before me 2 more customers are there. I got the token at 10AM with token number 3 and came back. Again Reached the center at 11 and get my job DONE. I was doing mandatory BIOMETRICS change for my 5 year daughter it was free of cost. Take a look at the poster with charges written if you are eligble for free charges demand same dont blindly pay.

Worst centre, very rude staff. They would favor people who speak Kanada.. and purposefully make you wait and upload wrong information for rejection. They have a super high rejection rate, government authorities should check and change staff. Very Bad experience, don't waste your time here.

The staff is unavailable, and the office is completely empty today. There is no information about their leave or break timings. I have been waiting since 9:30 AM, and even by 11:00 AM, no one has arrived. Very disappointing experience.

Careless response. Simple take money....adhaar update not done ...after 1month asked server issues .they don't refund.time and money waste

Might as well close this center. Dude comes at 9am to distribute tokens and flees. If you don't get a token in time you need to come early the next day and get one. There's no process, nobody to give information. Just a bunch of stressed staff.
