Review of Aadhar Regional Office, Bangalore I recently visited the Aadhar Regional Office in Bangalore, and I must say it was an extremely disappointing experience. This is not the main office, and based on my visit, I would describe it as a "dead office" due to the poor service and disorganization. The ground floor has about 6 counters, but only one counter was staffed. After waiting in line, I was directed to the 3rd floor for further assistance, which felt like an endless process. The overall atmosphere was chaotic, and it seemed like nobody was working efficiently. I ended up waiting for hours, with little to no progress or updates on my case. The most frustrating part was that the tokens provided didn't matter at all - nobody was actually calling the numbers. The only person offering any form of assistance was the security guard, who acted like the problem solver for everyone! Meanwhile, all the employees were nowhere to be found, hiding inside the office. In my opinion, this Aadhar office needs significant improvements in staffing, organization, and overall customer service. It might be worth considering outsourcing the service to a private company that can manage these operations more effectively.

This is AADHAR solution center. All queries related to aadhar are addressed here. You can't apply for new Aadhar here. The office is open only from Monday to Friday. Weekends (Saturday _ Sunday) Holiday. If going with kids go early a lot of people come here. They give token from 8:30 AM. Without token you can't avail the service. Token number and counter number is displayed in the screen and they call the token number as well. IMPORTANT NOTE Please take your Enrolment ID with you when you go. I had gone with my baby to raise a query coz my baby new aadhar was rejected due to some technical issues. The staff was very patient and friendly they addressed the query diligently. I'm very happy about the service i availed. There is washroom (Restroom, Toilet) facility provided for both men and Women.

What a open corruption even security demanding for Money to give token at Aadhar Regional office at Bangalore if we have money he will give immediate token else he will make us to wait at que.

Unorganized mess and no help at all. I waited for 2.5 hours to hear that they don't know what the issue is and that they will put a complaint. They did know my documents are in order, so no issue from my side. It is ridiculous that they can't tell me the issue. Now she told me to wait 45 days, if not resolved I have to come back. 45 DAYS???! I have applied for Aadhar 15 months ago!! Isn't the Aadhar application process supposed to be maximum 180 days?? It has been 434 days for me since I've applied. I find it ridiculous that they couldn't tell me what the issue is, useless office. Hopeless.

I recently visited the Aadhaar Update Centre and was very disappointed with the behavior of the staff. They were rude and unprofessional in handling customers, making the overall experience unpleasant. It is essential for staff to treat customers with respect and patience, especially since many people rely on such services. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training for their employees to improve customer service.

Ive tried calling them from 2 different numbers .both says the line is busy..ive called in dfrnt timings also,but still its busy.im really fedup with this adhaar card n stuffs..updates getting rejected coz of poor quality picture...so never my adhaar is going to get updated i guess..

My adhar card was DOB limit cross and got updated within 5 days they are very co-operative staff nice behaviour it's the best place to update all adhar related issue.

DEAR SIR WAITING FROM 3 MONTHS.BANK,POST OFFICE.GOUVERMENT OFFICE.SCHOOL.AERPORT,ALL THEY NEED KYC .how can public wait for 3 ,6 months without Aadhar card.NEED ASAP IN 10 days MXM. SURAT-GUJARAT.WHAT WE WII EAT.why delay?
