Located at the ground floor and 1st floor, the enrollment center is well organised. There are 4 counters for verification, 8 counters for customer service and relationship manager counters. Relationship managers will walk through the entire process for moving from counter to counter. The entire process takes around 40 mins

Ther Are 6 adhar counters...and very helpful service... good maintenance... Workers are behaviour good... dharwad and surrounding people visit here... they gave good service...

Worst service . They are not asking what we want to update in adhaar card and even not looking at the paper what we ticked to update.( I Ticked email to update in adhaar but they are not updated) and they told "all are completed now we can't update it" then what about my money? Much more worst in service:- They are not maintaining any suggestion and complaint box to suggest/complaint. That makes me discomfort that's what I can't complaint against them. And they did mistake and they are supporting to their members.

I have to admit, that's the fastest service I have seen in any govt organization. I had an appointment at 4.50pm. I was there at exactly 4.45 and came out completing the procedure for update by 5.05pm. kudos

Terrible services and rude behaviour by manager and staffs , they literally treat rural public like cattles , no management or proper system to organize the procedure .
