Worst place to go for online services. Owner is a fraud and arrogant. Instead of asking and fulfilling the required services, the owner says - this is how we do it, if you want your way you have to pay extra money. Also gives the false information. Editing after the reply - Your were supposed to explain me this procedure before printing my document 1st time not after behaving rudely and misguiding me. And you mentioned that it is impossible to download the document at all and it can only be printed when it is not the case. That is what I call fraud. And instead of advising your staff to make sure about the customer requirement, you misguided me and spoke very rudely. That is not how you speak to your customer. I don't recommend this service centre for anyone anymore.
