Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the level of service I have received from your branch in the past few days. I have been facing a critical issue with my bank account, and I have been diligently trying to reach out to your branch for assistance. Regrettably, my attempts have been met with utter disregard and negligence. Despite my persistent calls over the last three days, I have received no response from your team. Each time I call, I am assured that my problem will be investigated, but there has been no follow-up or resolution. This lack of responsiveness and accountability reflects poorly on the reputation of your branch and the bank as a whole. As a customer, I expect timely and efficient assistance, especially when dealing with matters concerning my finances. The dismissive attitude and lack of urgency displayed by your staff, including yourself, have left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I urge you to address this matter with the utmost urgency and provide me with a satisfactory resolution at the earliest convenience. Customer service is the cornerstone of any reputable banking institution, and my recent experience has severely shaken my confidence in kotak mahindra bank I trust that you will take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar treatment in the future. Very poor service to customers. Providing customers with wrong information about Kotak Bank services. Ms.Sneha opened a joint account for my parents who are senior citizens by giving wrong information about Savings bank account and it's online service. After bank account opening, she is not responding properly to our queries.

Location is incorrectly mentioned in maps. it's opposite to Hospet Bus stand. Roamed around the roads of entire city to find this Bank's location

Not a solver in bank first they told to come and visit in person for breaking a fd,later they're telling they can't do it,just wasting people's time.worst experience

Location was incorrect on the maps. Actual location is opposite to KSRTC bus stand. Please update the location properly. Over-all good service and helpful staff.

Staff is friendly good banking experience compare to other banks...
