Why even post office required or post office employees so called govt employees needed when they can't delivery single parcel and they say " come and collect your parcel" ... govt is paying salary for what ???? Should ban all post office or privatisation of post office is needed...I appreciate DTDC / DHL / blue dart .. use these instead of this arrogant govt dept ..

Worst delivery experience with stuffs they are very careless we mentioned the correct address but they are update address cannot be located so very bad experience don't choice it not satisfied

Can I give less than one star for the service. Delivery service is pathetic not even bother to deliver and they call and say come and collect. We need to leave our work we need to go their office and wait for their time to collect our parcels. I always suggest my counter parts not to use the facility provided post office as it another NPA asset for our country useful for no one. Whether its service or its existence.

Worst staff,no proper response I went for account opening and to ask details about ssy but they not interested open account the lady sitting infront she not even respond later some other came and given account opening form after waiting of 15min....

Worst staff, neither they speak to you propwrly nor reply, always say sever is down. Went to other branch and work was done in just a minute

Staff do not make honest effort to deliver posts, even the important ones like registered posts too. The landline in office is kept in silent mode. Don't bother calling.

Very worst service. Nobody bothering about customers. Need to wait more than 1 hr to deposit amount
