Worst Support, Attitude Staff... Rude behaviour... They act like they are the owners of BSNL... From last 10 days am going to this branch to get my sim Port..same story server down... Today magically the server was working fine and they told wait outside for porting.. for just porting they made me wait for 15 minutes..and they were scolding for the elderly people they came there for some issues.. literally she sent him out to wait...again even to ask documents also they speak in rough tone there is no politeness...finally she said pay me 130 activated 1gb plan I said why I asked 2gb then after arguments she recharged for 2gb and asked me to pay only cash ,eventhough there was a scanner she insisted me to pay cash..I said don't have she not bothered and told me I can't help..and she collected 250 and dint gave me the change 7 rs saying we don't have change.. literally arrogants

I Think the staffs are a bit behind technological base the office is tribal zero covid protocal and a big mess such a shame to see a government afflicted office which should be a example to others .

I'm standing in front of the gate, time is 10.5 am still office is not open.

Staff are not at all supportive. When you visit office they don't even care to cater your requirements. They make you visit multiple times for one single work....staff is engaged in their personal entertainment - chatting in phone/messaging.....without attending the customers... Management please take care.

Ignorant and arrogant staffs, does not provide any information about the product. If they can't work efficiently and can't provide satisfication for potential customer, they should resign and watch TV in their bed room. "Pathetic"

Visited to get the address updated in the Aadhar card. Chetan was helpful in explaining and getting the address updated within a week. Please visit if someone is looking for services related to Aadhar card.

Worst service providers. Staffs are either absent or will be having chit chat and will ask customer to come tomorrow again to resolve the issue.. They don't pick up the call to address the query. They should fire all the employees. Hopeless service...

Things are Changed now in this office. Trained staff are under duty and they are ready to helpyou at any time. Adhar service also available now
