BSNL CSC Najangud

my experience was worst.. I had sim issue went for replacement.. it took one week and contract emp keep saying server or portal down so can't link it. I am a loyal customer of BSNL using sim for past 20 years.. if the customer is short tempered means he will 100% port ot other service provider.

late response late work. we asked for broad band connection in K.S Hundi its been 3 weeks no update they were saying need to fix few line issues it takes 1 week. every time we call the say 1week time. poor customer service

Never responds to calls or complaints, Frequently FTTH Network goes down and never works, Better was Old Legacy copper Network there was no issue, There is no Trained staff to Handle FTTH in Nanjangud. Any Top management can intervene to fix the issue Good or i will cancel the connection and go for other operators.

They won't respond properly and don't even care for customers, and hence bsnl is in loss due to their employees... I had worst experience.

i hate bsnl office because no one donot respond the people for there problem we sholud wait for the office staff for hour i am wait so i have faced this problem ok

Service is not upto mark like Airtel Jio etc

Service not provided properly
