Worst experience with this agency. Negative response for the people come up with aadhar update. Need to be updated with recent updates from aadhar UIDAI website. Only age old forms that is available in the nearby bookstore is only accepted. Head of Family based address update is still not valid these so called aadhar centres. Not even ready to even listen when someone requesting their issues.

I had been there thrice, but one lady who updates adhar card was on leave and I was asked to come other day. Same thing happened thrice and was very disappointed with the working culture there. Only person is being assigned to do specific work? If one is absent and there's no back up?? What kind of dependency is this? Especially in social welfare sectors. Shame on those administration and their loop holes.

Worst service, always employees will not be there and if anyone is there they'll tell us go to some other place. If we go there it's total waste of time

Very help in order to pay bills... Updating aadhar card and many things... We love this....

Good hospitality

Crowded. For any aadhar related work a token is provided once a week, that is on Mondays. No proper responses for the queries

Knowledgeable and efficient lady staff who is very humble having patience to listen to the needs of common public.

Good friedly staff. Doesn't feel at all we are dealing with a government office
