The construction is excellent, but the floors are poorly maintained and extremely dirty.

This place was Public Works Department (P.W.D.) office ,Government of Karnataka prior to carving of separate Uduoi district from Dakshina Kannada district by then J.H.Patel govt in the year 1997. It became first Deputy Commisioner (D.C.) or District Collector office of newly formed Udupi district in 1997 and functioned till it was shifted to Rajathadri , Manipal . Now old building is demolished and new mini vidhan soudha building is constructed housing office of Tehsildar of Udupi Taluk (Tehsil) and krnaattk raajy srkaard kelvu ilaakhegll kcheerigllu.

Very poor infrastructure and shabbily maintained. Corona appropriate behaviour not maintained, too crowded by apparently by agents ( touts ) . Token system for appointments scheduled but punctuality not maintained, takes about 4-5 hours for registration even after scheduled appointment. Suffocating atmosphere particularly for senior citizens. Conduct of business too isn't above suspicion.

Very very efficiently managed office. Though the infrastructure is in shambles like all our government offices, the officers are exceptionally friendly & service oriented. Mr. Nagaraj Nayari, Mr. Pundalik & Ms. Poornima deserve a note of recognition for their attitude & service.

Please be alert on your aadhar biometrics. Lock your aadhar biometrics after the use. So many financial frauds are happening using biometrics

None of your work gets done in time. It's 2022 and computers here still run Windows XP! They have tried to get the most cheapest infrastructure possible.

Space is limited. Difficult for public to be seated during rainy season
