The location of the BSNL office is in a peaceful place.Once I had a very good service expiernce by two female staff in front office.For every confusions the staff explains ,not only for me but every customers. So polite and duty bound in time a quality of appreciation is closely related with their job . Thanks to all.

I had a recent issue with my BSNL (FTTH) Wi-Fi connection, Ms. Sandhya from BSNL Engineering Team did a wonderful job helping me to configure the modem via phone. Ms. Sandhya was very patient, courteous and fast throughout the process with all my queries. She also did a follow up check to verify if my landline was fixed. It is great to have a diligent and initiative person like Ms. Sandhya helping us with technical issues. Great job and service !! I highly recommend BSNL - Bharat Fiber (FTTH) !
A simple service of sim swap is not available at virajpet branch (being in midtown). Always sim stokes are not available at this office. And we are unable to do it outside retail shops. BSNL needs to look into this seriously!

BSNL office is situated near the murnad madikri road .So far this office is working perfect condition.
No body is responsible there. It is better govt close bsnl in Karnataka
Not good but aadhaar centre is too good service
Regular place to pay bill and it's there for ages. Same old service, nothing new. But the attitude towards customer has changed a little.
