Very bad experience. Visited 3 different days to apply for aadhar. Every time the person in charge was absent . Friday the staff said he is on leave that day Saturday will be there . We went there on Saturday he was absent again. One of his staff ask us to call on Monday before we come. Monday morning called talked to the staff member said sir is on his way to centre.when we reached he hasn't arrived and ask us to wait . After one hour we been informed that the so called sir will not come..He is sick. Then when I asked they said the machine is not working. i was quiet unhappy and when the person in charge take sick leave none of the other staff knows about it ? How it is possible? Ithe so called officers thinks their time is valuable how about us? It is quite easy to escalate the matter to different centre like go to.koonammav, go to muppathdonm go to cheranalloor or go there go here that. But the people has to run around for the machines which are not working. We visited 5 centres today. And still waiting in one of the centres . I hope might be we could do it from the 5th centre.

Positives Less Crowded. Staff behavior Good. Negatives. 4 Wheeler parking not possible nearby. They charge high. Inexperienced staff.

Suitable for applying for the govt services like PF, Aadhaar, PAN Card, Pensions etc. All the staff are well behaved and your work will be done in few minutes
