Akshaya Centre

I had a poor experience at this Akshaya Centre. The service is extremely time-consuming, as the person in charge spends a lot of time talking unnecessarily about personal matters. Customers come here to get their work done efficiently, not to listen to irrelevant conversations. This kind of unprofessional behavior wastes valuable time. I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures better service in the future.

I visited the Akshaya Centre to avail adhar card for my child on December 2024 , and my experience was extremely disappointing. The male staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making the entire process unpleasant. Additionally, the data uploaded was completely incorrect, and I was not even provided with a preview to verify the information. This caused significant inconvenience and wasted my time. I urge the management to train the staff in proper customer service, ensure accuracy in data handling, and implement a transparent process to avoid such issues in the future

The male staff at the centre is very rude in behaviour. Unprofessional.!!!!!! Not willing to clear the humble doubts if the customers. Feel so sad. I will get my job done elsewhere.

The male staff is very abusive , he was flirting. Ladies are not safe there, I didn't do my paper works there. If I had recorded his talking I would have gone to police station.

Fast and Best service..

The male staff manning the center on 1st September was one of the most unprofessional persons i have met in a govt office. The person kept on venting out some or the other frustrations about some person or thing to his colleague while attending to a senior citizen. Then he started shouting at his lady colleague who until then was listening to his rantings. The guy sounded narcissistic and borderline deranged. I logged a complaint in their register and had to walk out. Pretty sure the lack of unaccountability and unprofessional behaviour will continue. Hopefully with retirement of such folks, the new crop will bring in some much needed professionalism to these offices.
