Akshaya E - Center Karaikkattukunnu

I recently had the opportunity to utilize Aadhaar updation services, and I must say, it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff members were not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable about the entire process. They took the time to explain the requirements for updating my Aadhaar details, which made the process much smoother and less daunting. What impressed me the most was their willingness to assist at every step. They provided clear instructions on what documents were needed and helped me understand where to go for any necessary attestations. It's refreshing to interact with a team that genuinely cares about its customers and ensures that all queries are addressed promptly. The facility itself was well-organized, contributing to an efficient workflow. I didn't have to wait long, and the environment was welcoming. Overall, my experience was very positive. If you're looking for reliable Aadhaar updation services, I highly recommend this place. Friendly attitude with good behaviour towards everyone. That is very rare in a gov sector here. They know basic things but lack knowledge that an e-service staff need to know. You can see an elderly teacher who seems like running this Akshaya. Never suggest this place for Aadhaar photo updation.

Very Bad Behaviour Owner (She is a retired teacher) Not providing government service to the public like adhar card related work. Owner Teacher(I can't give any repect to this lady at all) is like hitler Neighbouring shops are saying this lady is not giving proper service. So I would like to inform to government officials to stop this office if not providing government service properly

I have faced several issues related to services at this Akshaya center. This lady has her own set of rules and regulations. She is rude and adamant. Very bad behaviour!!! My opinion go to other Akshaya centers and get your things done!!!

A small, well managed Akshaya e-Center at Karakkattukunnu (near Athani). Employees are friendly and helpful. Not very crowded. Aadhar/other govt schemes/ bill payments etc done here at very nominal charges. Not directly visible from the road. The akshaya center is just opposite to the Nedumbassery primary health center. Roads are not crowded and hence no issues with vehicle parking etc.

This center not a disaster totally disaster ....... I visited there for applying adhar card for my daughter , she born in abroad and they said my daughter is not an indian citizen . I showed her passport and birth certificate but they will not agree with these documents .. Better close this center and do some other business..
