Akshaya E- Centre Angamaly

I went akshaya centre for aadhar service..I had bad experience last few days from akshaya near SBI angamaly. male staff(wearing dhoti and shirt) rude behaviour to everyone especially women and children. untrained cultureless male staff.He is not doing his duty in akshaya..please dismiss male staff from akshaya centre near sbi and appoint experienced and well tarined male staff.

Very bad service . I just telephoned to ask a doubt about a document but the male person attended the phone was very rude to me and disconnected phone with an an unhelpful info. Staff needs training for customer service .

VERY GOOD. FULL 5 STAR. This Akshaya Center is near SBI Bank Angamaly Junction (after KSRTC stand), they all are well trained well behaved staff and owner also good. All are supportive, cooperative and talk decently. Your work is done with professionalism and they guide properly and support you.

Like any other Akshaya centre most of the employees treat people like slaves, absolutely right, these champs are super busy, but it's a service centre, expect to see huge change in the people management.

My experience is Good service very fast totally almost days crowd and other Akshay centre then better this one

This Akshaya Center didn't accept the application for Aadhar at 4 pm even though the opening hours are till 6 pm. They informed that the responsible person has left. Who is actually responsible for this???

I tried calling in the number given the response was very bad.The concerned person didn't pick the call for a while. Why do you provide a phone number if you don't want to attend calls in first case? if you reason you were busy then I should say your office has less staff to attend to the customers might as well sort that out first before running an akshaya centre.

Bad experience. Inspite of clearing the confusion, entered my details wrong without consulting anyone. Staff might have changed, so don't know current situation. But used to be pitiful earlier.
