Today I took RC Print, Poor quality PVC prints even not readable, Irritable staff, Not recommendable, Actually these things should shut down and leave, Disgusting service. Lost 100 Rs (Useless)

Customer service is not gud at all. Some staffs are very good. Main lady (akshaya licencee), she is very rude and not helpful at all. This lady is very reluctant to anything regarding customer's doubts. I would not go there again, very bad

Worst service providing akshaya in the region.better to go attingal or any other places.they consume your time unnecessarly.they talk each other and put us in front of them like fools.dont go if you have simple things only....better to go cafe or other genseva kendr.Time is yours....choose wisely Thankyou

Very bad experience. Staffs are very rude and inexperienced. No idea about their job and very reluctant to answer even simple queries.

You may have to wait aand be patient as the systems used are govt owned. The staff is courteous and helpful. They too don't want to make customers wait but sometimes we all need to understand how slow computers and aadhar sites can be.

1. Aadhar enrolment staff doesn't have proper idea about what to do or proper documents required for correction. 2. Visited there for a name correction of 4 year old child and what Akshya officers said is name correction not possible until 5. 3. When contacted UIDIAI helpline there is no rules like what they said. Nothing mentioned about this in Aadhar website instead mentioned about name correction always possible.. 4. Wasted 1hr.. 5. Not a customer friendly behavior.. After that I just tried to upload the documents through Aadhar online portal which got updated within days.

Very poor customer service . The staff should given proper training before appointing for their job . They should be taught how to treat their customers.
