Very much satisfied with the service...Very polite staff and everything was done in a matter of minutes...

Very rude behaviour and arrogant talk from the staff KUNJUMOL K V towards us. She don't even listen to us and not allowing us to speak on what we have to say.. Staffs like her should not be placed in such departments and should be thrown away.

Very bad experience during our recent visit. The person handling aadhar enrollment does not have clear understanding of the supporting documents that can be used for Aadhar updating. Unprofessional and arrogant staff.

According to my experience Akshaya Kurisummodu is providing very excellent & fast services systematically. As an NRI, I referred many friends to this centre for their requirements. They assigned one staff only for NRIs which is highly appreciated. Overall the team is very friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure the satisfaction of the customer It is my privilege to recommend this Akshaya Centre to anyone looking for a great experience.

It's mostly crowded but the staff are cooperative to assist and cater even to the older crowds. They need to run the Air Conditioners to avoid suffocation while so many people inside the cabins. Overall it's a fair place and responses are quick.

I had a wonderful experience from this place. I really got help and my work is done when there was little chance for it.. Just to help me everyone including the one who runs it and all who works in it put their mind, heart and aoul together and I know that it is just because they firmly believe that it is their duty, responsibility and service. Thanks a lot

Very bad experience in this center, people sitting here have no idea how to deal the process and lack of information, even they don't know the spelling also.

I made my first visit on Friday to upload some documents to get a residency certificate from village office. My initial visit was around 12:00 pm and it was crowded. I took a token, token number was 125 and was recommended to come back at 3:30 pm. I did my second visit on Monday for the same reason. There were only three staff & was crowded again. However, the madam at reception asked me why did I come. When I told my purpose, she collected the documents and told that they will upload all the documents and I need not wait in the long queue. I was pleasantly surprised.
