They don't even deserve one star. Worst service ever. Even after receiving the package on 12th, they haven't delivered till 18th. when I call them, they ask me to go there and collect. Hope Bluedart will take necessary steps to correct these guys. Even how they store and handle the items are horrible to see.

Very bad service. No call, not even inform the customer. They return it by their on wish by mentioning customer not answered. The company must need to take an action on this. Some valuable items are missing because of their negligence.

Don't wait for the door step delivery. Go and get it yourself. They neither deliver nor intimate on call regarding the same. Consignee's address is not proper is the reason they show while tracking the shipment online which is nonsense. Blue dart at cherpulassery is not reliable particularly for urgent or emergency parcels.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this courier service. Despite receiving notifications that my package was 'out for delivery,' it never actually arrived at my destination. On other occasions, I was informed that a 'delivery attempt' was made, yet no attempt was actually made, nor was there any option provided for me to retrieve the package myself. It's frustrating when important items, especially from banks, are handled by a service that does not prioritize reliability. It's concerning that some banks exclusively use this courier service, leaving customers with no choice. I hope the company takes steps to improve their delivery process and customer communication, as this has been one of the most unreliable experiences I've encountered with any courier.

After going through the existing reviews I know there is no use of posting another , thought there is no improvement in the service , me too facing similar experience one of my document from bank is out for delivery since days but still blue dart cherpulassery branch didn't deliver it to me. The status is showing out for delivery but each day they couldn't deliver to.my Residence. I didn't receive any other call or update from their side, like other professional or even local courier services. I don't know how an leading bank like @sbi can send an confidential document through such unprofessional team @bluedart .They are not even having any contact number and when visited at their office it was closed by 3, though mentioned 6 in their profile. And most importantly their customer service to the staff whom I spoke , she was soo rude that when I asked how can I get my document, she told if your address is correct it will reach you , we won't contact you , it's not our policy and by saying this she disconnected. Still am waiting for my courier if not forcefully would have to move through consumer rights.

Waited for my delivery and they never contacted me for the same. They returned my package back to the source without informing me. No attempts were made from their side and wrote "incomplete address". Very bad service.Totally unacceptable.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Blue Dart Cherpulassey office. My consignment arrived on the 17th, but I did not receive any call or message regarding delivery. When I tracked the shipment, I was shocked to see the status updated as "address not correct" without any delivery attempt being made. This level of unprofessionalism and negligence is unacceptable. Customers rely on timely and reliable service, but this office has failed completely. Please take necessary action to improve your service standards.

The screenshot says it all... 6th day since the parcel has reached this office and i still haven't received it. Even without attempting delivery or giving a call, they are keeping on giving the address incorrect/ incomplete. I don't know how they can give such a comment frequently when all the other courier services are reaching the place without any confusion. If the courier service is seeing the review, please shut down and go for some other job if you are unable to provide proper service. Don't trouble the customers this way for your irresponsibility.
