Worst ever service, Rude behaviour from staffs. Got multiple bad experience from Nedumpura Akshaya. Went to apply aadhar for new born, we reached office at 3 pm, They said Aadhar for new born is not working today, when enquired about the reason, they said login issues, these and that. We had called them before visiting and they confirmed appointment, when asked about next available date- they were like- we dont know, you guys come and check again . Come on! Its not easy to travel with infant. Staffs should show some respect / care to new born This is not the first incident, got many bitter experience. Have complained to Akshaya complaint center

Worst Akshaya center, no proper response from staffs, its a time wasting office They makes you wait for every steps, and at last stage they will tell some excuses about system , like login issues and the work wont be completed. Dont know why the have this attitude towards people, need to beg to get services like Aadhar Note to Supervisors- Please train your staff to have some humanly behaviour Rude behaviour and worse attitude
