Guruvayur post office

I had a great experience with Sri Clint, the postmaster. I missed my wallet with cash and cards inside the temple in the rush. I realized the loss only while leaving Guruvayur. I almost gave up. Fortunately some devotee has put it in the post box. On getting that Mr. Clint has taken extraordinary iniative of contacting only detail of my friend available in the wallet and persistently providing details to my friend to reach me. He informed me about the handing over with all content details and also provided police contact details. It was a great service. I thank Mr Clint specifically and the department on supporting such officers. Thanks once again.

I had to approach Guruvayur post office to get a digital life certificate for my mother and received exceptional service. Postmaster himself , Mr. Clint, picked up the landline phone within two rings and gave me all the options to get it done digitally and manually. Manual option was arranged and our post woman was to visit us next day. She , unfortunately fell ill, and alternate post woman was arranged to visit us at the previously agreed time. The whole process was completed in a few minutes which helped my unwell mother significantly. The service quality was better than some of the companies well known for customer service and post master and his team proved that an empowered Government team can be better than prive sector.

We visited Guruvayur Post Office on 30 Oct 2024 and met Post Master and all the staff as a tourists. The Post Master Mr Clint KJ heartly attended us and guided about the functioning of Guruvayur post office and also advised to explore about local tourist spots....we enjoyed the hospitality of the whole staff....we wish the Post Master and all staff a success and happiness in their endeavors. I have had the pleasure of interacting with multiple staff over several years at this post office I confess that I have gone to them with some unique requirements and in some cases even confused and caused headaches for the staff. That's how they know me and my family well. Two people I wish to specifically call out - first is Sandhya madam. Ironically I met her as my father was arguing due to an issue. After calming him down she assisted me very nicely going out of the way to help Second is Clint who demonstrated similar attitude by going out of the way to help with closing an account that my father had. While it's a post office today it has morphed into a bank as it's filled with customers depositing money. Keep up the good work

All staffs are supportive and helpful. Thanks to Post master (forgot name ) who has helpful and Kind. He guided as well and explained IPL insurance scheme and other insurance services. Well maintained office

Main post office of Guruvayur, it situates at the Manjulal - East Nada Road, opposite to Nandini tourist home and restaurant. This office also provides India Post ATM as well in its premises. This office offers a variety of services like Savings bank A/c, Recurring Deposits, Term Deposits, Monthly Income Scheme, Senior citizens Savings Scheme, Mahila Samman Savings Certificate, IPPB (India Post Payments Bank) A/cs, Aadhar services, CSC (Common service centres) seva, Postal Life Insurance and speed post/Registered letter/Parcel booking including National & International destinations. India post is the best and cheapest mode for correspondence. The banking services timings are 08:30 am to 1:30 pm from monday to friday and 08:30 am to 11:30 am on Saturday. For article bookings:- Registered - 08:30 am to 02:30 pm Speedpost- 08:30 am to 03:00 pm
